The Metro Times project was undertaken by the Rotaract Club of Kandy Metropolitan as an initiative under the Public Relations Avenue. The project aimed to compile a newsletter that serves as a fond reflection on the club’s growth during the first half of the 2022-23 Rotaract Year. The Metro Times newsletter not only highlighted the club’s achievements but also featured articles contributed by club members.
